Mix apples, onion, and cheese together before spreading on crust to even out the texture. Everyone like this a little different, so play around with it and see what you like most.
Ingredients
1 pizza crust, uncooked
4 large apples, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400° F. Sprinkle ginger on crust and bake for 7-10 minutes.
Remove crust from oven and dd multiple layers of apple and onion. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, and top with cheeses.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes. Remove pizza and let cool to room temperature, and serve.
